During the 90 days mentorship you will work with me in close contact. A deeply personal journey to restore your mental, physical and emotional health, transform your habits and create a lasting change. The RESET mentorship is my signature 1:1 transformation program, designed for those who are ready to invest in themselves and create a profound, sustainable change. This includes 90 min comprehensive consultation, weekly 60 min private coaching sessions, personalised wellness and nutrition plan, therapeutic fasting protocols (where appropriate), supplement and lifestyle recommendations, ongoing support via messaging between sessions, progress reviews and plan adjustments, practical tools and expert guidance every step of the way. Includes: Private, luxury wellness experience designed for those who feel the need to pause, reset and realign with themselves. Set on the pristine coastline of Trinity Beach in Northern Queensland , this intimate 10 day retreat invites a small group of 2-4 guests in to a peaceful sanctuary where body, mind and inner rhythm can gently return to balance. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Coral Sea and the tropical landscape of Far North Queensland, the retreat provides a rare opportunity to step away from the speed of modern life and enter the space of calm, clarity, and renewal.
